The Atlantic 125 was the entry point to Aprilia's Atlantic line of large, fully faired touring scooters launched in 2002. It used a liquid-cooled 125 cc four-stroke single with a twist-and-go automatic transmission, wrapped in roomy bodywork that put comfort and weather protection ahead of sportiness. Its 13-inch wheels, triple disc brakes and long wheelbase suited it to steady commuting for commuting and longer trips on a learner licence.
