The 1998 MY Aprilia ETX 125 has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 124cc, single cylinder powerplant mated to a six-speed manual transmission, and can reach a maximum power output of 18 horsepower at 8250 rpm. Standard features on this two-wheeler include a hydraulic telescopic front fork, an adjustable monoshock in the rear, front and rear disc brakes, laced wheels, knobby tires and a race-inspired livery. APRILIA ETX is a trail bike available in blue / gray and yellow / black which weighs approximately 120 kg. Rather high, it requires a good 1.75 m to have feet flat. The ETX is a very powerful 125 with its 15 horses, but which pass to 26 which wait only to be exploited after a good running-in and a little unlocking. It is in acceleration that all the power of the ETX resides, once in the turns, it pushes very hard (for a 125 engine of course). In peak, we quickly reach 120, which is more than honorable in this trail segment. The noise remains that of a 2 stroke but quite pleasant.
