For 2015 the RS4 50 Replica continued as the racing-livery version of the standard RS4 50, still finished in red with tricolour flashes and Eni and Dell'Orto stickers in the style of Aprilia's World Superbike machine. Nothing mechanical separated it from the regular bike: the same two-stroke single, aluminium frame and radial front brake. The removable seat cowl for solo riding was retained.
