Aprilia file

For 2007 the standard RSV 1000 R carried on largely unchanged from the 2006 overhaul, which brought the V60 Magnesium twin up to 143 hp with bigger exhaust valves and a Euro 3 exhaust, a slightly lazier steering angle and new bodywork. Unlike the early R, it already wore a 43 mm Öhlins fork as standard, paired with a Sachs rear shock. It remained Aprilia's road-going V-twin superbike, aimed at riders who wanted a torquey, stable alternative to the inline-four Japanese bikes.
