The 2025 RSV4 brought a reshaped fairing with stacked winglets under the headlight, which Aprilia says cuts drag by about 6% and reduces wheelies, plus a slimmer tail with a removable light unit for track days. Bigger 52 mm throttle bodies, a new exhaust and a relocated catalyst lifted output to 220 hp while meeting Euro 5+. The base model keeps manually adjustable Sachs suspension (the Factory gets semi-active Ohlins) but shares the new Brembo Hypure calipers, the 5-inch TFT dash and the updated predictive electronics package.
