The 2011 Factory APRC SE introduced Aprilia Performance Ride Control, bringing traction, wheelie and launch control plus a standard quick-shifter to the flagship. Engine changes included better lubrication, a revised head-cooling circuit and a lighter exhaust with a valve, while closer lower gears suited track use. It kept the Öhlins suspension, forged wheels and carbon parts, gained a 200/55 Pirelli rear tyre and wore a tricolour livery marking the 2010 Superbike title.
