The RX 250 was the larger sibling of the early RX 125, using a liquid-cooled 250 cc two-stroke single with a five-speed gearbox and around 47 hp. It shared the period layout of telescopic fork, single rear shock, front disc and rear drum, and with a 960 mm seat and 360 mm of ground clearance it was aimed squarely at serious enduro riding.
