The Tuareg 660 revived the Tuareg name in 2022 after almost three decades, this time as a modern middleweight adventure bike built around the 659 cc parallel twin from the RS 660 and Tuono 660, retuned for low and mid-range pull. A steel trellis frame, 21/18-inch spoked wheels, 240 mm of Kayaba suspension travel and a 187 kg dry weight gave it real off-road ability. Rider aids included four riding modes, traction and engine-brake control, cruise control and switchable ABS, shown on a 5-inch TFT display.
