For 2021 the Tuono 125 was restyled with sharper bodywork and a triple-LED headlight that echoes the bigger Tuono V4, plus a new digital dash borrowed from Aprilia's scooters. Underneath it got a new Euro 5 single with a Marelli ECU, lower gearing for quicker acceleration, a wider 140-section rear tyre and new Bosch ABS. Aprilia's MIA smartphone connectivity and a quickshifter were offered as options.
