The production Tuono 660 arrived in January 2021 as the semi-faired, upright sister to the RS 660, sharing its 659 cc parallel twin, cast aluminium frame and swingarm. Aprilia tuned the engine to 95 hp, fitted shorter final gearing for punchier acceleration, and gave it handlebars on the top yoke, a pillion seat and its own suspension settings. It came with the APRC electronics package of traction control, anti-wheelie, cruise control and five riding modes, plus an A2-licence version.
