For 2025 the base Tuono V4 was redesigned with new bodywork, a small winglet and stronger radiator fans, and its engine grew to 1099 cc with larger 52 mm throttle bodies and a new exhaust to meet Euro 5+ while gaining 5 hp. Aprilia repositioned the base bike as a sharper, more road-biased super-naked with fully adjustable Sachs suspension, leaving semi-active Ohlins to the Factory. A new 5-inch TFT and backlit switchgear arrived, and extras such as cruise control and cornering lights became paid software unlocks.
