The Evoluzione was Bimota's reworked V-Due after the troubled fuel-injected launch bikes. It dropped the direct injection system for carburettors while keeping the 500 cc two-stroke V-twin and the aluminium chassis. Very few were built, so it is mainly a collector's machine.
