The BB3 was Bimota's return with the BMW S1000RR engine, matching the donor bike's claimed output and weight. It uses a steel trellis frame with aluminium plates that carry the swingarm pivot and engine mounts, in the style of the Ducati-based DB line. Production was tiny and it also took part in World Superbike in 2014.
