The CE 04 turned BMW's angular 2017 Concept Link into a production machine: a long, low electric maxi-scooter built in Berlin, with a side-opening storage compartment. Its liquid-cooled motor gives 42 hp peak and very quick getaways (0-50 km/h in 2.6 s) up to a 120 km/h limit, with about 130 km of range from an 8.9 kWh pack. A 10.25-inch TFT with built-in navigation, reverse aid and a ventilated phone compartment are standard, with Dynamic mode, DTC and ABS Pro on the options list. A derated version was offered for A1 licence holders.
