For 2010 the F 650 GS carried on with no mechanical change, still using the 71 hp version of the 798 cc twin. Testers praised its light steering and accessible seat, while noting it felt short of pull two-up on steep climbs. BMW also offered a 30 Years GS special edition of this model in 2010.
