The F 700 GS replaced the twin-cylinder F 650 GS for 2013. Its 798 cc twin was retuned to 75 hp at 7300 rpm and 77 Nm, with slightly shorter gearing, and it gained twin 300 mm front discs and standard ABS. ESA electronic suspension adjustment and ASC traction control became options, along with new switchgear, instruments, windscreen and bodywork.
