The 2010 F 800 GS was mechanically unchanged; the updates were limited to the colour range, with Alpine White and Lava Orange metallic replacing the earlier magnesium and yellow finishes. It was also the year of the "30 Years GS" anniversary special. Heated grips and a closed-loop catalytic converter were listed as standard on some markets' bikes, with ABS still optional.
