BMW file

The mid-production R 100 R carried on unchanged in technical terms: the 60 hp, 980 cc GS-derived boxer, Paralever shaft drive and Showa suspension. BMW aimed it at newcomers, returning riders and anyone wanting a simple classic-looking twin. From 1994 the Mystic and Classic special models were added alongside it.
