BMW file

The 2001-2002 R 1100S continued with the 98 hp oilhead, six-speed box and Telelever/Paralever suspension. ABS was an extra-cost option, and an optional Sport package added a taller rear shock and wider rear wheel. Reviewers found it comfortable enough for long trips while still capable on track days.
