The R 12 S is a homage to the 1973 R 90 S, built on the R 12 nineT with the same 109 hp boxer and chassis. It adds a handlebar-mounted cockpit fairing with a tinted screen, Lava Orange metallic paint echoing the R 90 S Daytona Orange, a contrast-stitched seat, brushed aluminium trim and Option 719 Classic II wire-spoked wheels. The Comfort Package and the adaptive Headlight Pro are fitted as standard.
