For 2010 the Adventure got the reworked boxer with two chain-driven overhead camshafts per cylinder, derived from the HP2 Sport, lifting output to 110 hp and the rev limit to 8,500 rpm. Larger valves, a 50 mm throttle body, new pistons and an electronically controlled exhaust flap came with it, plus revised gear ratios and final drive. The chassis, 33-litre tank and long-travel suspension carried over.
