2013 was the final model year of the air/oil-cooled R 1200 RT before the liquid-cooled LC version replaced it. The bike is unchanged from the 2010-2012 machines, pairing the HP2-derived twin-cam heads with a large protective fairing, panniers and a 25-litre tank. It is at its best covering long highway distances in comfort.
