The 2025 R 1300 RT is a full redesign of BMW's boxer touring bike, moving from the 1254 cc engine to the 145 hp 1300 cc ShiftCam unit. It keeps a Telelever front end (now the EVO version) and has new, slimmer bodywork with a large adjustable screen and a 24-litre tank. Semi-active suspension and extra electronic rider aids are offered as options, so it remains a comfortable long-haul tourer.
