For 2016 the R nineT carried on as the purist, customisable boxer roadster, with options such as hand-brushed aluminium tanks with smooth or visible weld seams and heated grips. For 2017 it was reworked to meet Euro 4, with slightly less torque, a smaller 17-litre tank and revised chassis dimensions, as siblings like the Pure, Racer and Scrambler joined the family.
