Brough Superior was a British maker from Nottingham, founded by George Brough in 1919 and known as the Rolls-Royce of motorcycles. Its V-twin SS80 and SS100 were famous for speed, and T. E. Lawrence rode Brough Superiors. The original company ended motorcycle production in 1940. The name was revived in France in 2013, with new SS100 and Lawrence models, and later with the electric AMB 001.
