A limited-run, race-oriented version of the C12R built for Italian production-class 125 racing and sold from 1990. It received a reworked cylinder, crankshaft and conrod, a different exhaust, a larger carburettor, carbon reed valves and straight-cut primary gears, with firmer suspension settings; the chassis was otherwise the standard C12R.
