The Raptor 1000 is a naked roadster styled by Miguel Angel Galluzzi, the designer of the original Ducati Monster. It uses the Suzuki TL1000S V-twin, retuned by Cagiva for stronger low and midrange pull at the cost of some peak power. It was meant as a more affordable, relaxed alternative to the MV Agusta F4 in Cagiva's range.
