The 644 DS Dual Sport replaced the 604 with a larger 644 cc air/oil-cooled single that has twin Mikuni carburettors and a tubular steel cradle frame. It is a balanced road-and-trail bike with WP and Paioli suspension, strong brakes and a reputation for patchy build quality on early examples.
