The Senda Terra was Derbi's small GT-style trail bike, among the first to use Piaggio's new 125 cc four-stroke engine family. It offered a moderate seat height, a rear rack and better passenger provision than the city-oriented Mulhacen, and was pitched against the Honda Varadero 125.
