Ducati's 1975 entry into the small-capacity road market was this 350 parallel twin, a development of the 1960s 500 twin design reworked by Bruno Tumidei with a tidy, touring-style look. Soft on power, it carried a drum rear brake and single front disc, and it sold well enough to encourage Ducati to follow it with the 500 Sport Desmo and the GTV.
