A simplified, fully faired 350 cc Pantah aimed mainly at Italy, with some sales in Spain and Greece. It is essentially a 500 SL with an underbored engine, with a small nose fairing, solid brake discs, cheaper rear shocks without remote reservoirs and slightly higher bars. It was costly against rivals such as the Morini 3 1/2 and heavy for a 350, so sales stayed modest.
