The TL was the touring-flavoured Pantah 600, fitted with a bikini handlebar fairing, vented side panels and wider bars for a more upright stance. Power was slightly lower than the SL, and it sold mostly in Italy; the styling proved unpopular. Testers disliked its high gearing and unstable feel near 90 mph but liked the switchgear and instruments.
