The 65TS appeared in 1955 as the sportier take on the 65T, with a reshaped fuel tank, lower handlebars, a dual seat and a small screen. It was about ten pounds lighter than the 65T and 65TL. It arrived as Ducati was winning in the Motogiro d'Italia and sold very well in Italy.
