The 1977 860GTS carried on the restyled GT line with the 864 cc bevel-drive V-twin, five-speed gearbox and chain drive. It was the final year under the 860 name before the bike became the 900GTS. Handling was stable but weighty, and the bike remains a relatively rare Ducati of the era.
