A one-off 1960s project built by Fabio Taglioni at the request of Ducati's US importer Berliner, who wanted a big machine to rival Harley-Davidson for American police work. It used an air-cooled pushrod 90 degree V4 of about 1.25 litres, a five-speed gearbox and drum brakes. Tyres of the day could not cope with the 100 hp, so output was cut, and when funding was withdrawn it never reached production; a single prototype survives.
