The 1000S DS was the premium Multistrada, sharing the standard bike's engine and chassis but fitted with Ohlins suspension at both ends, aluminium handlebars and carbon-fibre belt covers and front mudguard. It aimed for sharper handling while retaining the upright, two-up touring ergonomics. Offered in red and black.
