The Multistrada 1200 launched for 2010 as Ducati's reworked take on the sport-touring adventure idea, built around a detuned Testastretta 11° version of the 1198 superbike twin. Four riding modes (Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro) alter power delivery and traction control, and ABS and ride-by-wire are standard. The base bike has conventional Marzocchi/Sachs suspension, while the S gets electronic Öhlins.
