A numbered run of 161 bikes for the Brazilian market, marking twenty years since Ayrton Senna's death and echoing the number of Grands Prix he started. It is the 1199 Panigale S dressed in the grey and red-wheel scheme that Senna reportedly picked on a factory visit shortly before his final race, with the build number on the top yoke and a racing exhaust fitted. It follows the 916 Senna editions of the 1990s, and part of the proceeds supported the Instituto Ayrton Senna.
