The 2026 Panigale V4 R is the road-legal homologation base for Ducati's World Superbike machine, with a 998 cc engine that meets Euro 5+. It adds corner sidepods, larger wings, a racing-pattern gearbox with neutral below first, a Race Brake Control system and lighter pistons with a heavier crank. Ducati sells racing exhausts, carbon wheels and a data logger as accessories.
