For 2025 the Streetfighter V2 dropped the 955 cc Superquadro for the lighter 890 cc V2 engine from the new-generation Panigale V2, giving 120 hp and a claimed weight saving of about 18 kg. It uses a monocoque aluminium chassis, a 5-inch TFT dash and a 6-axis IMU electronics suite. The V2 S adds Öhlins suspension, a lithium battery, Power Launch and a single seat, and a 35 kW version exists for A2 licence holders.
