This was the pre-production Streetfighter V4, a Panigale V4 S stripped of its fairings and fitted with a one-piece handlebar, which Ducati ran at the 2019 Pikes Peak hill climb as a public test ahead of the 2020 launch. It reused the Panigale's engine, frame, single-sided swingarm, Öhlins electronic suspension, Brembo Stylema brakes and wheels, with a track-only Akrapovic exhaust. Ducati described the production bike as the Panigale for road riding.
