The 2014 CVO Limited was the flagship of Harley's Project RUSHMORE touring revamp and the only model that year with the Screamin' Eagle Twin-Cooled Twin Cam 110, whose heads are cooled by liquid circulating to radiators hidden in the fairing lowers. It added linked ABS brakes, a bigger 49 mm fork, a splitstream-vented Batwing fairing, LED Daymaker lighting, keyless ignition and the Boom! Box 6.5 GT touchscreen. Heated seat and grips, one-touch luggage and exclusive paint completed a fully loaded luxury tourer.
