The 2013 Electra Glide Classic was the final year of the long-running FLHTC before Harley's Project Rushmore overhaul of the touring line. It was essentially the 2012 bike: Twin Cam 103 with six-speed Cruise Drive, the 2009-type chassis with Brembo brakes, and full touring kit, with ABS and a keyless security system bundled as an option package.
