The 2009 CVO Ultra Classic was the factory-custom version of Harley's full-dress tourer, built in a limited run on the all-new 2009 touring frame and swingarm. It used the 110 cu in Twin Cam reserved for CVO models, with ABS and Brembo brakes as standard, and kept the Screaming Eagle logos on the air cleaner and Tour-Pak. Special paint schemes, extra chrome and premium audio set it apart from the regular Ultra Classic.
