The 2011 Ultra Classic was the last year of the Twin Cam 96 in Harley's flagship full-dress tourer. It kept the full fairing with lowers, Tour-Pak, saddlebags, cruise control and four-speaker audio on the 2009-type touring chassis. It was aimed squarely at riders covering long distances two-up.
