The 2013 Ultra Classic was the last version before the Project Rushmore redesign, keeping the air-cooled Twin Cam 103 introduced the year before. It carried over the batwing fairing with lowers, Tour-Pak, saddlebags and four-speaker audio. Changes for the year were mostly paint and trim.
