The second-year Ultra Limited carried the 2010 formula forward largely unchanged: the Twin Cam 103 V-twin, six-speed Cruise Drive gearbox and belt drive in the 2009-generation touring frame. Standard ABS, Brembo brakes, heated grips, security system and the full Batwing-fairing, Tour-Pak and saddlebag luggage set kept it at the top of the factory touring line.
