The second of Harley-Davidson's 2019 lightweight electric concepts, this one a small low-speed scooter for city and campus commuting. Like its moped sibling it has no clutch or shifting, a belt-driven motor and a removable hand-carry battery, and it was meant to be ridden without a motorcycle licence. It remained a prototype with exposed hardware and was never given a production name.
