The fourth CVO Road King used the 110 cu in Twin Cam, then Harley's largest production engine, with a hydraulic clutch and six-speed gearbox. It rode lower than the standard bike on shortened rear shocks and forged 18/17-inch Road Winder wheels, and came with standard ABS, cruise control, a 6-gallon tank, a tombstone tail lamp and a colour-matched frame. About 3,150 were planned, 1,800 of them serialized 105th Anniversary editions.
