The second Custom Vehicle Operations Road King, built in limited numbers for Harley's centennial year on the FLHRI platform. Its main change was the silver-and-chrome Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam 103 'stroker' engine with a hydraulic clutch and stronger drive belt. It stood out with Centennial Gold paint, black accents and burgundy pinstripes, a colour-matched frame, spun-aluminium solid wheels, custom leather seat, cruise control and a factory alarm.
